[Of course he's not having it. Dedue took care of him so well that he has to return the favor - especially since he'd come to him for that in the first place, more or less. He does know Dedue would have been willing to just hold him steady for hours without taking care of himself. He also knows he's likely to take advantage of that impulse of him at some point - though he'd at least try to encourage Dedue to get off at least once in the meantime.
But this time, he has to take care of him. Sure, he isn't quite recovered enough to have gotten hard again, yet, but that's fine. That's to be expected, and it still feels so, so good to have him filling him so thoroughly.
