His day begins late - the full moons make him sleep in later than usual, and he's still somewhat groggy when he's hit with the first prank, so it takes him a second for it to set in...
At least when it does he can't help but laugh about it, pocketing the cute rock-prank-message for... what? Probably to use as a paperweight in the library, if Bernadetta doesn't steal it back from him. It's endearing, and he knows it'll make him think of her.
The rest of the day, though... The first few books he has to double check, between the cover and the contents before slipping the jacket off and setting both aside until they can be replaced with their proper matches. Sometimes it doesn't even really click until he feels the bubble of joy across the bond.
And once he realizes it's all the books...
Well, he takes that as a sign that he sure isn't getting any studying done today - not that it would have stuck especially well anyway, considering the toll the moons were having on him - and sets to reorganizing the library and setting everything straight.
And there's even only the tiniest thread of exasperation over his side of the bond, too. No anger, no annoyance, just... resigned acceptance.]
